2 to 8 Axis CNC Turning
With current technology applied to small or production quantities CNC Lathes provide you cost-effective and high quality results. Our 12 CNC Lathes vary in size and enable us to manufacture turnings from .090" to 18" diameter.

Swiss Turning
Swiss turning machines are designed to turn precise, small,and complex parts. Swiss-type turning centers allow the part to move on the Z axis while the tool remains stationary. Swiss-type turning capabilities allow for consistently tight tolerances and the reduction of secondary operations to complete the part. Our current capabilities for our multi axis Swiss-type CNC lathes include holding tolerances and turning diameters of 1-1/4".

Prototype Machining
We work closely with our customers, designers, and engineers to turn a concept into a working product. We are constantly looking for faster more efficient methods to manufacture parts cost effectively and on time. We work with most materials from Teflon® to Titanium.
