Stanfordville Machine & Manufacturing Company
was founded in 1975 by John Johnsen, who started with
little more than a few machines. With steady growth
for 30 years, Stanfordville Machine has become a leading
supplier of mechanical parts and assemblies in the
semiconductor, medical, aerospace, computer, electronics,
instrument and packaging industries. By maintaining
high quality standards, new technology, low costs
and customer satisfaction, Stanfordville Machine has
supplied Fortune 500 customers with low cost and high
quality parts consistently for over 30 years.
Our primary service is CNC machining aluminum, steel,
stainless steel, brass, copper & plastic parts.
We are cost competitive on prototype through production
quantities. Other services we offer include prototype
machining, sheetmetal fabrication, welding, assembly
and mechanical design. 26 CNC Machines and 2 shifts
allow us to deliver on short lead times.
A recent acquisition of two Mitsubishi Horizontal
Machining centers has increased our capacity, reduced
downtime, cycle time and secondary operations. By
utilizing the 2 and 11 pallet systems on these machines
we are able to reduce cycle times by 30% and meet
demanding Just In Time delivery schedules.
Stanfordville Machine, a lean manufacturing facility,
uses the the latest technology in meeting our customers
needs. Our "JobBoss" program is networked
throughout the shop to provide data from the quote
to the invoice. "JobBoss" gives us real-time
traceability on all open orders. We also use lean
manufacturing, AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop and Virtual
Gibbs for programming to reduce lead-time and programming
costs.
